Jonathan Gilbert is Sara and Melissa’s stepbrother. Like Melissa, he was adopted by Paul Gilbert (a comedian) and his then-wife, an actress Barbara Crane.
The boy grew up in a very creative family. His older sibling Melissa soon turned into a TV star. He was cast alongside his big sister to the series “Little House on the Prairie”, and during 9 years was busy with this project. After that he appeared in the show’s movie adaptation “The Little House Years”.
In his adulthood he moved from Los Angeles to New York. The man left career of an actor and turned into a stockbroker. He doesn’t stay connected with his family.
