PontiacMadeDDG is a talented entertainer, who gained wide popularity, having posted a number of his prank and parody videos on his YouTube channel.
Not everyone knows that his real name is Darryl Granberry Jr. and he was born in Pontiac, MI. He is one of five kids in the family (the children in the family had different dads). He studied at a prestigious high school and was very into it. He put lots of efforts to get better grades. After graduation, he entered the Central Michigan University but soon left it. The reason was his incredible success on YouTube.

He started to post videos during his summer vacation. He made a prank on his then-girlfriend, and it gained millions of views on YouTube. DDG started to make lots of money, and it inspired him to focus his mind on the YouTube activity, not on studying.
In 2015 he enjoyed the status of YouTube celebrity. But that was not enough for him, and he got closer to demonstrating his other talent – to making music. He uploaded on SoundCloud his first beats. His songs, such as “Balenciagas”, “Dope” and “G.O.A.T”, immediately became hits. In December 2017 he cemented the position of an aspiring hip hop artist after the release of the track “Givenchy”, which gained 15 million views on YouTube. In spite of his recent career in the hip hop industry, he is not going to leave YouTube. He likes to make vlogs and pranks and demonstrate them through his channel. “I am not a rapper or a YouTuber, I am an artist”, he tells.
He is single as of now. Previously he dated Kennedy Cymone, a YouTuber. She appeared in some of his videos. DDG proposed her in spring, 2018. Unfortunately, they canceled their engagement in summer that very year.
In early 2019 he released his debut extended play “Sorry 4 The Hold Up” through EPIC Records. In spring, 2019 he started his first tour “Break The Internet”. The rapper visited 15 American cities.
